Winter plants or hanger pots (Barnard's Green WR14)

Hi, if anyone has any winter-friendly plants/herbs such as lavender in pots, I would be grateful. Or herbs in pots that have gone to seed. Also any HANGING pot holder thingies like in the photos. The plants need to be non toxic to pets so sorry but can't take bulbs, evergreens etc. Trying to create a pet friendly garden area :)
