Gone to seed veggies (Barnard's Green WR14)

Looking for your harvest leftovers. Stuff in pots preferred. Herbs, fennel, squash, cucumber etc. Overgrown carrots. Trying to create a pet friendly garden area. If it survives winter or drops seeds, great. If it provides food/leafy areas til the first hard frost then also great. Thanks :)
