Skate UK booklet (Epworth DN9)

I signed up for figure skating lessons and purchased this booklet which you need for getting through the levels 1 - 8. You have to pay for the booklet ( £6 - 8 ). I decided to switch to ice hockey lessons so didn't end up using the booklet at all. Other than putting my name in it , it doesn't have any other markings. I can take photos of the inside pages on request.
