Warm clothing (Norton)

I'm asking for warm and waterproof clothing please as I'm sending a parcel for the people who work in the Romanian dog centres. They rescue dogs from the kill shelters and rehome them. Ideally warm and lightweight as the person taking them has to have room to carry on the flight. If you have anything that you dont wear anymore and is in good condition coats,jumpers,gilets,leggings/trousers anything really to keep them warm when they are looking after these dogs. All sizes welcomed. I will be sending in a couple of days. Thank you 😊
