Toddler flotation vest (Nuneaton CV10)

Size says up to 20kgs, age 16-30mths. It fits my 4yr old absolutely fine though.
The bits of foam can be removed as the child gets more confident.
THIS IS NOT A LIFE VEST! Child must be supervised at all times with it.
