Bed of nails type mat and pillow (Cardonald, Glasgow, G52)

Purple therapeutic mat (70cm x 40cm) and pillow (29 x 23cm). I think it’s supposed to help with circulation but I don’t even know what it is called. I’ve never used it. It’s a bit sun bleached on the back.
