Looks like a commissioned work for the OSCAs. The annual Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards (OSCAs), awarded by the ECB, highlight the significant contribution volunteers have made to cricket across England and Wales over the past year.
Perhaps "JK05" signifies the Artists initials and perhaps this was produced in 2005. OSCAs were first established in 2003.
