Hand-held vacuum cleaner (working or not) (Natland LA9)

I've a hand-held vacuum cleaner, see photo (Easy Home brand from Aldi). The internal filter parts are now missing but otherwise it is in working order. I'm looking for either a non-working one for its parts (may be able to customise if not identical model/brand), or a similar household tool in working order.
