Hoover Junior (model 1334) (Keswick CA12)

Hoover Junior - NOT working. Would anyone like this as a project, or for parts? (There's 4 bags left of the 5 bag pack.) I've had this for ages and am sad it has to go but I don't have the skills to do anything with it :
