This is an Audio-Technica Pro 88W Camera Mountable VHF Lavalier Microphone System. It consists of a microphone that you pin on a person and a VHF receiver that plugs into a video camera to pick up the sound from the microphone. It's about 20 years old, and I have no idea if it still works. It was only lightly used before it went into storage and was safely stashed in the back of my closet until now. It looks like it is still being sold online, so maybe it's worth checking out for someone.
