Please note: Passion flower vines are VERY vigorous and will spread 4m in one summer. Can be pruned hard, in winter when semi-dormant. Gorgeous white flowers with a purple centre,, and edible, mildly sweet orange skinned fruit. Pull apart when soft, and suck or spoon out the insides - discard the skin. R. d'Amour is an Old Rose, with small pink buttonhole flowers, prolific! Does not need pruning except to keep it inside bounds. You can deadhead to get a second flowering but it is not necessary. Will with supports grow up to a column 2.5m high (8'). Foliage turns red/orange/yellow in autumn.
