Children's snooker/pool table (Alcester Lanes End B13)

This table top children's snooker/pool table measures approximately 3ft x 20ins there's 2 cues & all the balls to play games, on the reverse side is an air hockey game which when I plugged the 240v to 9v transformer in couldn't feel any air coming out so may be just the transformer has failed ? All the parts are there to play the game see photos.
