Afternoon tea / cakes stand (Weybridge)

Pretty butterfly design, three tier plate stand suitable for afternoon tea or displaying cupcakes. Never used as it wobbles and doesn’t stand straight, I think due to the screw on the bottom (see last photo). If anyone wants it and fancies trying to fiddle so it can be used without the lean, please collect. If not, I’ll bin it
