Small double platform bed (Forest Hill)

Metal platform frame, orthopedic mattress. Used well for 4 years but still very comfortable and in good condition. One of the middle legs of the frame is gone but it is still functioning well. Dismantled but comes complete with its screws. On the second floor. I can help carrying it down stairs.
