Clips to the back wheel so you can cycle at home. It’s like new to be honest, the bike is long gone and I think we used it once. It’s a heavy thing to carry. And it’s noisy too when you use it. The fan in the back makes a loud humming noise when you cycle. Headphones advised!! And perhaps easygoing neighbours..
