Indesit 12 D81W UK Tumble Dryer... (Scotforth LA1)

Indesit 12 D81W UK tumble dryer. It is just 18 months old and has had very little use. I’ve kept it very clean and have serviced it regularly. It has, however, stopped working.
The machine’s drum turns perfectly and all the controls work, but it just doesn’t heat up. Because it is out of warranty, I would have to pay for a repair. It is almost certainly the heating element and/or the thermostat. The latter are both readily available, at very reasonable cost, from electrical parts retailers, or from Indesit themselves. In all honesty, I just can’t be bothered fixing it myself, so it’s up for recycling.
The photo is a stock shot, but the dryer is identical.
Two things to note: -
 1). The machine is a current model;
2). I can’t deliver, so I’d be grateful if I’m not asked to.
