warm winter clothes, phone (Courtenay)

Looking for warm winter clothes for a homeless person. A winter coat or jacket, sweaters, long underwear etc. Size Large. (but not too large, he's pretty skinny). He could also use a phone so he can communicate with family, if anyone has an older phone they no longer need. Can pick up anywhere in the Valley. Thank you for your kindness.
