Up for grabs is some prime kitty real estate.
First constructed in 2017, this luxury complex has seen a lot of use from some feisty felines and as such is in a state of disrepair. Pics are all recent and show that this mansion is in need of some TLC to restore it to its former glory and make some new kitty(s) very happy.
All three towers are present but one is detached and a little banged up (see last pic). There's various tears in fabrics too.
Tower is on 2nd floor - more than happy to help carry it down the stairs. It's roughly 180 cm in height when the last tower is attached if memory serves me well.
When responding please offer up some times when you could collect and we'll hopefully work something out.
