A fully working Windows laptop (Southport PR8)

I need a working Windows laptop,if anyone has one they no longer require,as I have a Harmony remote control,and the Apple Macbook I have will NOT support or download the software to update the remote settings I have on the remote,as it is too modern an operating system,and Apple will not install any Harmony updates on versions of macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 (24A348)..Does'nt need to be the latest Windows system,as long as I can still get the internet settings for downloads..Thank you...
