Plastic case (BA11 Frome)

Swingball base. To be filled with water or sand. Terrible design from Swingball. But maybe a useful case for something. I was imagining a small portable sandpit? Might need the hole filling in that application... Anyway, someone wants it, surely! Collection from Egford Lane.
