Sorry this is a wanted post, my service user has broken her phone to the point we can't even get the screen to turn on now, but she needs a mobile to be able to stay in contact with staff. It's a big ask, but does anyone have any old iPhone or android available? She's on very limited means so buying a new phone at the moment is out of the question.
