Electric Rice Cooker (Waterloo L22)
As in the photos. I haven't used it for a while but it was working perfectly last time. The heater works and the two indicator lights work, so it's fair to assume the unit is fully working. I believe a rice cooker can be used as a small slow cooker, though I never tried this myself.
