NVidia Geforce GTX570 Graphics Card by Inno 3D. A bit faulty (Waterlooville PO7)

NVidia Geforce GTX570 Graphics card - 2560Mb GDDR5, 2 x DVI, 1 x HDMI. The card appears to work on the 4 x 3 resolutions (e.g 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 1024, etc.) but it won't select the widescreen resolutions and it reports a fault in Windows Device Manager (Code 43).
