'Scale Fighter' brand magnetic water softener / limescale descaler in used condition. Cover is a bit scuffed but shouldn't offend anyone under your sink!
This fits over the pipe and would seem to do so for 15mm or 22mm size copper pipes I.E. does not need a plumber - just pops into place in seconds.
I have no idea whether it'll be effective but could be worth a try to see if it helps reduce your hard water issues.
