Handle (Wolverhampton WV3)

Hello does anyone have one of these aqua roll or water butt handles sppare that they can gift please. We have the aqua roll but someone on a caravan site seems to have borrowed ours and decided to keep it! We would be extremely grateful if someone can help us out. Thank you
