43 inch Toshiba Smart TV - spares or repair (Rowlands Castle PO9)

I have a 43 inch Toshiba TV , which is only 2 years old, but has recently developed lines on the screen. Someone who knows what they are doing, might be able to fix it.Otherwise I'm afraid it will be going to the tip.
