Halloween monsters, movement activated? (Newnham RG27)

Looking for a movement activated halloween ornament that jiggles about when there is movement near it.
Want to try it as a deer scarer that seems to be eating my trees and plants.
Doesn't matter what type, movement, lights or sound.
