Chair seat foam bases (Benson OX10)
Three foam pieces supplied to me as replacements if needed for the seats of my dining chairs, but never needed. See photo for shape, and let me know if you're interested and I'll supply detailed measurements (although I guess they could be cut to suit). In Benson OX10.
