Dehumidifier - NOT WORKING (Lamorbey DA15)

I am offering this for spares or repair as it no longer works. The control panel lights up so I know there is power to the unit, but the motor does not run and it does not collect water. There is a strange burnt smell. You will need to have this repaired/serviced in order to use this. There is an instruction manual and spare filter.
