Budgie Trolley (Milton PO4)

A bit of a unusual request but my Dad's budgie has broke his favourite toy, we can't seem to find one in the internet so I thought I'd try here. The photo shows the broken toy. Originally, it had a handle on both sides with a little perch in the centre. Colour not important. Thank you for reading.
