Velux skylight (Rusthall, TN4)

Installed for abut 4 years. Good condition. Removed today to have opening version fitted. Velux CFP 080080 0073QV fixed flat roof base with dome. 800mm square although not sure that's the hole, the frame, or the glass! Note this window cannot open. So not suitable if you want ventilation. Photos show inside, outside without cover and with cover.
