It does not display at all, either the monitor or VGA cable is faulty but I have no way of identify which is. Power still works as a little green/orange lights up.
When whichever is faulty gets fixed, they should work as a display-only monitor.
It can go to the hands of an engineer to fix or whoever wants them for their hobby to break in parts, etc.
When fixed, the monitor is to display only, e.g. from a connected PC. It does not have any OS installed and cannot be installed.
