Faulty fully integrated dishwasher (Walton on Thames KT12)

I got this on here and was told it was working. When I tested it the tap light comes on part way through the cycle indicating there is an error. I have tried to find out what the issue is but it is beyond my skills. It came with a glossy white kitchen door on it which you are welcome to have as well if you want it.

Wondering if anyone else wants a go before I take it to the dump.
