This was gifted to me here. It worked well until I updated to Windows 11. I thought it was the printer and troubleshooted before I gave up and bought a new printer (I thought it was a compatibility issue). Since getting my new printer i realised it was my laptop that was the issue (something to do with the print spool?). One of the things I did was change the ink cartridges. These are difficult to get for this model. I got some from cartridge world. The printer is saying it is not recognising the cartridges. Anyway this is a really nice printer/copyer/scanner... But someone may need time and patience to get it functioning smoothly. Comes with instruction book and cd software.
