4” extractor fan - cover only (Newbold S41)

Hi, does anyone have the cover for a 4” Manrose (or similar) bathroom extractor fan please? I stupidly threw away the one from the old broken fan and could do with it now 🙈 I don’t need a working fan, just a cover that will fit and that I can customise. Thanks
