The only way that I can describe this IKEA item (Yacht No 13739) is as a semi-circular 'lazy Susan'. I previously used it to stand a TV on, so that it could be swiveled round so that guests could see it.
The flat edge measures 80cm and the curved edge measures a max 53.5cm.
The swivel underneath rotates 360 degrees and works perfectly.
This is quite a heavy thing!
