UPS (possibly dead battery) (GU12)

I bought it less than a year ago second hand, and was happily using it (well, it was plugged in and that's about it) until one day my energy supplier had to turn off the power in the house.
Happy that I have my rack and a few important devices plugged in to the UPS I said "don't worry about me, I have UPS, so turn it off whenever you want to".

Not long after he did all my devices turned off due to the UPS not holding enough I suppose.

No idea if it was right for my setup or not, but probably the battery needs changing and it would help, but I bought a brand new with a way higher VA, so this one is now surplus to requirements.
