Two pieces of foam with fabric covering on top and sides (open underneath). They look about the size you might use on a dining chair or similar.
Approx 15 x 15 x 3 inches (38 x 7cm). No labels and no idea what type of foam as I got them from Freegle then went another direction with the project I had in mind, but it's the form aerated type rather than memory foam.
