Small decorative coffee mill (Arcata/Bayside)

4.5" X 4.5" X 12" tall. Smaller than a football.
Looks old but mostly disused and rusty.
Made of laminated wood (thin plywood) and cast parts.
Functions: wheel, gears, and internal grinder turn, drawer pulls out, but likely more a decorative object.
Did not try with coffee beans.
