Fabric, Feathers and Foam - can you up cycle or use them? (Central Watford WD17)

We have recently replaced our chairs. Unfortunately we could not find anybody interested in reupholstering the old chairs and are going to have to dispose of the major parts of the chairs. However, during there long life there was some refurbishment and pictured are some things that people might have a use for. One large feathered cushion, 4 small feather cushions which were used as "arm rest", one large cushion with encased relatively modern foam and the fabric which covered the whole chair. Could anyone make use of the fabric in an art project ( It is a beautiful mostly cotton fabric and is washable)? Would the large feathered cushion do as a dogs bed. Would the smaller cushions make a big chair more comfortable for a smaller person, can anybody use the feathers some how in a new cushion. I had to give up on the main chairs but maybe these can be kept out of landfill.
