3mm dark grey foam with very sticky self-adhesive on one side. Approx 4m x 1m, plus some offcuts.
Can be used for underlay when fitting wooden flooring, or for soundproofing ('Impact sound reduction 22db'), or heat insulation, or crafting, etc!
