Kidney care food for cats (Boulton DE24)

Out Cat has been diagnosed with kidney failure and needs to transition to a kidney care diet, he is very particular so not sure what he will take to, if anyone has some they can spare so we can try or maybe samples you have been given. We would appreciate it. Thanks
