Large Monstera Plant with illness (Industrial North West)

I bought this Big plant six weeks ago for $75. It's now clear that it has a blight. I looked it up on the plant identifier and they said to wash it with baking soda and water in a spray bottle. I don't have the bandwidth or the skill to bring it back to life. If you can it is free and almost 3ft by 3 ft big.
