Indoor bicycle exercise stand (NG3)

Turns your bike into a stationary bike for indoor exercise
Basic model - can't find online, so see photo
Probably fits 26" to 29" wheels - certainly 27.5"
Holds bike firmly by rear-wheel nuts (accommodates quick-release)
Folds for storage
Includes rest for front wheel (makes bike level)
Use your bicycle gears to vary resistance as roller resistance not adjustable
No electronics - you will need your speedo sensor on rear wheel if you want to know speed/distance
Some noise with knobbly tyres (not excessive to my mind)
Good condition
Works ok, but not used recently
Can also be used when fettling gears etc.
