New Cat tree v. little use (Earl's Court)

I've had this a few days but realise it doesn't fit into my flat properly so Im giving it away. Had very little use and is ready to collect immediately. Purchased it from Amazon for £64.99. It's bulky and a bit heavy I will supply black plastic bags to put it all in.
