Universal tv remote control. (Glenfield LE3)

I'm wondering if anyone has a universal tv remote control please as i badly need one as i'm having to use the buttons on the side of the tv to change channels & volume but because i'm having having to do it so much the buttons are not working properly so i would be grateful if someone has one that i could have please?
