Tile/floor adhesive/grout (WS3)

Would really appreciate any help with this 🙏 as I'm on benefits & can't afford to finish the floor & looks & feels awful but will look amazing when finished 😁 also any paint/decorating items would be great also 😉 thanks 👍 in advance for anybody who is able to help me with this thanks so much x
