Canon Pixma ip7250 Printer for Repair (Saint George's CO2)

Canon printer - needs repair. Does print but quality is very poor and I suspect the printer heads need cleaning. Sometimes struggles to pick up paper from the tray. New black cartridge just put in to see if printing quality would improve (it didn’t) but colour cartridges all need replacing. Needs repair or used for spares or even just to take the black cartridges out. No power lead (gone missing!).
