Had this for a whopping 6 years and I’m sad to be parting with it as it’s served me so well and it’s MAHOOSIVE (have managed to cram 2 laptops, 3 pair of headphones, clothes, portable games consoles, all in one go in there). Have since downgraded to a more portable laptop and invested in a smaller backpack so this is now redundant. After all these years it has some flaws, like the laptop pocket zip, you can only move one of them (see last photo) and the back straps are not easily adjustable any more (I have tied them in a knot, which does mean they are super reliable, but you might have to redo the knot to match your back size), but otherwise it’s a brilliant backpack.
