board of MDF/wood (Rodbourne SN2)

I am looking for a clean piece of board of wood/MDF/particle board measuring approx. 60 cm x 100 cm x 2 cm. I am trying to make my sofa seats firmer by placing a board beneath them, as I have damaged two discs in my back, which means no more soft seats for a while. :( Thank you for reading.
